Job Openings:

Project Manager Qualifications:
• Experience with all aspects of flat & shingle roofing and sheet metal flashing
• 5 or more years of proven experience in supervising and project management
• Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Meet deadlines
• Ability to understand and interpret plans and project specifications
• Ability to plan, lead and organize and communicate with project stakeholders including the
Architect, Engineer, sub-contractor, suppliers and any other entity associated with the project
• Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook Internet

Duties include but not limited to:
• Manage and supervise all phases of assigned projects
• Prepare and manage schedules
• Perform weekly site visit to monitor and maintain the project construction schedule
• Manage any issues that arise which affects quality, budget, progress and safety
• Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to review projects to monitor compliance with specifications,
building and safety codes and other regulations
•Assisting the operations manager with overall budget review and cost tracking

Experienced Roofing/Construction Estimator
Qualifications:
• Must have extensive knowledge within the construction industry
• At least 5-year experience in blue print reading and take-offs.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Knowledge of Bluebeam software is an asset
• Ability to multi task, time management skill, keen attention to detail

Duties include but not limited to:
• Attend pre-bid meetings
• Review plans, specifications, drawings to determine the scope of work
• Perform take-offs, prepare labour, material and equipment costs
• Prepare and submit quotations/tender form with all the required
documentation
• Provide Construction Schedule and Schedule of Values
• Assisting with project scheduling and costing and liaising with clients and trades
• Pro-actively searching for projects to bid

Experienced Carpenter (Long Term Position)

Qualifications:
• Must have at least 5-year experience in building envelope & restoration work
• Blueprint Reading
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be reliable
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Must have personal hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, physically fit and able to work well with other
employees and sub-trades

Ticketed Roofers & Apprentices and Sheet Metal Installers
• This is a full time & year round employment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and must be reliable
• Must have personal hand tools, reliable transportation, physically fit and able to work well with other
employees and sub-trades
